As a landlord of 10 years I have been buying, selling and renting properties with great success. I chose to become licensed in real estate after becoming frustrated with the lack of communication, follow up and motivation of agents I had worked with over the years. I have worked directly with Banks, Attorneys and Bankruptcy Trustees in the liquidation of Real Estate and additional assets. I have worked with both investors and homeowners.
